Qualifications in the manual

  • A personal relationship with Christ and deep knowledge of Scripture
  • A university degree in any field
  • Local-church ministry experience
  • Recommendation from a pastor or church leader
  • Recommendation from a national or local PTEE committee member
  • Three successfully completed PTEE courses
  • Commitment to PTEE's method
  • Completion of the 16-hour facilitator workshop
  • Commitment to lead a class and follow administrative procedures

Role

Facilitators meet students weekly, lead discussion, answer questions, clarify concepts, guide assignments and encourage practical application in life and ministry.
