PTEE combines print and digital materials, personal study and guided meetings led by trained facilitators in person or by video.
- A course normally runs for 12 weeks
- A group includes 2–12 students according to the manual
- Self-study normally requires 7–9 hours per week
- The weekly group meeting runs for 2–2.5 hours
- A completed course earns 3 credits
